What are your flowers made of?

We use Italian crepe paper to create detailed blooms.  All Unwilted flowers are constructed on floral wire. If you would like to adjust the height of the bouquet, simply bend or snip the wires to the height you want.

I forgot to add a note on my order!

Please send us an email at hello@unwilted.com and we'll make sure your order goes out with your note.

I’d like to order my flowers to arrive on a specific date.

We are not able to guarantee specific delivery dates at this time, but you can reach out to us before you order and we will do our best to arrange your delivery for arrival by a certain date

Can I place one order for two shipments?

All items placed under one order will be delivered to the same address. If you want to send items to separate recipients, please place separate orders. This will ensure separate processing and provide separate tracking information for you to follow.

Do you do events or weddings?

Will my arrangement look like the bouquet in the pictures?

Each bloom is handcrafted individually so there may be tiny differences. Your arrangement will be put together by one of floral designers upon order so the placements of each stem may vary. 

How do I unpackage the arrangement?

Each bouquet is hand tied in a presentable bundle. Gently unpack the bouquet by removing the surrounding tissue paper and pop into a vase. Each bloom may need some light fluffing after shipment.

Order Processing
In stock arrangements will be shipped out within 1-3 business days. Custom orders for events, weddings, and businesses will be shipped out according to agreed upon schedules.   

Shipping Policy
All orders under ship free within the USA. When shipping a gift to your recipient, you can add a personal note during checkout so we can include your message and information to the recipient.

Refunds & Exchanges
All of our arrangements are packaged as carefully as we can. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately to arrange a refund or replacement. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and attach a photo of the defect/damage. All refund or exchange requests must be made within seven days from delivery date. We will do our best to make it right.
